Our store is hosted by Shopify.

2. Products and safe use
Read the product description, measurements and instructions before ordering. Website information is general product information, not personal medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about suitability, fitting and use when needed. We do not guarantee treatment outcomes. Stop use and seek advice if discomfort, skin irritation or other adverse symptoms occur. Product availability and lawful supply can differ by destination. We will contact you if an order cannot be supplied and refund any payment for an unfulfilled item.

3. Orders and payment
Prices are displayed in USD unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. Review your selected model, size, quantity, delivery details and the final total before paying. Taxes, shipping and any disclosed fees are shown at checkout where applicable; destination import duties or taxes may be payable separately as described in our shipping policy. Payment is handled by the payment provider. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; fulfillment remains subject to availability and applicable requirements. If there is an error affecting your order, we will contact you before making a material change and offer cancellation and refund where appropriate.

4. Delivery
Please see our Shipping Policy and Shipping & Delivery page. US orders have free standard shipping. International rates depend on region and order weight. Orders may ship from a US partner warehouse or China. Processing and transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Please provide a complete, accurate address.

5. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Our Return and Refund Policy applies, including a 30-day voluntary return window for eligible unused items. Returns are sent to our Xiamen address, including orders dispatched from the US. Ordinary change-of-mind or size-selection return shipping is paid by the customer; we cover reasonable return costs for incorrect, damaged or faulty items. Contact us promptly to request cancellation before dispatch. If already dispatched, the applicable return process applies. These conditions do not limit mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal or defective-goods rights.

6. Website use and privacy
Do not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, interference with its operation or infringement of others’ rights. Product information and branding may not be misused. Personal data is handled as explained in our Privacy Policy. Links to our business website provide separate wholesale and OEM information.

7. Applicable rights and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our business in China, without excluding mandatory protections or courts available to consumers in their country of residence. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Contact us first so we can work to resolve any issue.

8. Updates
We may update these terms for future orders. Changes do not retroactively reduce your rights for an existing purchase. The applicable terms and policies are those presented when you place your order.
