Dispatch and delivery
Order processing: 2–5 business days. Estimated transit after dispatch: 10–25 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee; customs, weather and carrier disruptions may cause delays. If we cannot meet the estimated dispatch time, we will contact you with an updated estimate and available options.
Orders may ship from our El Monte or Chino, California warehouse, or from China, depending on availability. We send tracking after dispatch. Multiple items may arrive separately. Faster US-warehouse delivery may be possible, but we do not guarantee US origin for every order.
Shipping is available only to destinations accepted at checkout. A displayed rate does not guarantee that every product can be imported into every destination.
Any duties, taxes or import clearance fees not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient, subject to applicable law. We do not advertise duties-paid delivery unless confirmed for your order.
