Request a return or cancel an order
Request a return or cancellation in your account
Sign in with the email used for your order and the verification code sent to you. Open the order, choose the eligible items and confirm your return or cancellation request. You will receive an email confirming the request. You can request cancellation before an item is dispatched. Our voluntary return window is 30 days after the last item in the order is delivered, extended to the next business day if the final day is a weekend or holiday.
For EU consumers, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and other mandatory rights are preserved. You may also notify us at aulexmed@gmail.com. All returns go to our Xiamen address, not the US warehouses; review our return and refund policy before returning goods.
